Brooke Baldwin talks to Nancy Gibbs, deputy managing editor of Time Magazine, about one of the most exclusive clubs in the world. Dating back to 1953 the "Presidents Club" is a fraternity of perks and code of conduct that is shared only between the chief residents of The White House.
