'Downtown is back' with Freedom Tower

Brooke chats with David Childs, the lead designer of New York's Freedom Tower.  Childs discusses the work that has gone into designing and erecting the Freedom Tower, which officially became New York's tallest building Monday at 1,271 feet.  The completed tower will eventually become the tallest building in all of the United States at 1,776 feet.
