Investors are suing Facebook before the end of its first week of trading. Brooke talks to Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth, William Galvin, about the subpoena he has issued regarding how the IPO was marketed. Galvin says he is looking for what information was given to investors and if there were categories for those investors in relation to the information they received. Morgan Stanley, one of the underwriters, maintains they followed the same procedure for the Facebook offering that it follows for all IPOs.
