So you are telling me that in all the years of this country no one not even the FBI, CIA, serect service, heck I'll even go to the elections board\commite for the US has ever checked to see if the presidential candidate is legally qualified (Come On Man!!) 1. Does he have a US birth cert(yes) a SS # (yes) lived in the US for over 14yrs (yes) not to mention his mother is a US citizen as well. which brings in the Statute, by parentage (I quote:If one parent is a U.S. citizen and the other parent is not, the child is a citizen if the U.S. citizen parent has been "physically present"[7] in the U.S. before the child's birth for a total period of at least five years, and at least two of those five years were after the U.S. citizen parent's fourteenth birthday). This is just silly and the fact that this perticular question is only comming up for only the first mixed race POTUS you have to ask yourself why. As far as Brooke's questioning of Mr. Hoekstra I didn't see what Mr. Gallagher saw as she wanted his responce to critics of his campain ad which if I was asian-ameraican I would be offended. The fact that he doesn't see how it could offend says alot about him to me. For me though you know what would end this debate about his legality of POTUS would be if all elected officials would just stop trying to pandor and just say he has met all the requirements and he is a US citizen.

Can't we get on to real issues affecting Americans? It sounds like Mr. Hoekstra is full of sour grapes. We have a Constitution that's been working for many years with little modification. The Constitution worked for 43 other Presidents so I think it's time to end the bigotry and get on with life.
