The AOL Squatter

 Eric Simons left his home of Chicago after he landed a gig with AOL to start a program that would help educational business ventures.  But, when the money ran out, he didn’t want to go home.  For two months, he dodged security and lived in one of AOL’s offices in California.  He tells Brooke what it was like to live off 30 bucks a month, literally “eating scraps.”

Gay bar bans bachelorette parties

Brooke talks with David Cooley, the owner of a gay bar in West Hollywood, who has banned bachelorette parties from his club.  He says that while he's happy for the brides-to-be, he decided to ban the parties in the belief that it's hurtful; not everyone can have that same type of celebration. He tells Brooke that he hopes other bar and club owners will take a stand for same-sex marriage and ban these parties until everyone has the same rights.

Debating gay rights over dinner

 On Thursday, same-sex marriage opponent Tony Perkins told Brooke he had never been to the home of a married, same-sex couple.  After hearing that, Jennifer Chrisler, the leader of an LGBT group, sent a letter inviting Perkins to her home for dinner.  She says that by "breaking bread together," she hopes to open up the conversation, and give Perkins a glimpse into the life of a same-sex couple.
