Interesting coverage. I note there was absolutely no mention whatsoever of the Obama administration approving Pentagon assistance in a movie about the USB raid nor any mention of the repeated leaks from the Obama White House regarding the raid. Those leaks began within moments of the raid. Those leaks began from the situation room in which the Obama administration was gathered. Yet you chose not to mention those at all here. Do you not find them relevant?

This guy is undoubtedly a hero. Yes, there are rules and regulations concerned with the disclosure of classified information as well as consequences when those rules are not followed. However, considering what he has done for this country, I think he at the very least, deserves the benefit of the doubt when he says there is no classified information in the book. At the very least the book should be read FIRST, to see if there is indeed sensitive information, BEFORE accusing him of this. Now that there is both money and integrity on the line there will be an active-biased attempt to grasp at mere threads to TRY and find him guilty even if the book does not contain classified information. Certainly if there is a reasonable accusation of the book containing such information there should be consequences, but it should not be considered criminal. There's a difference between reasonable discipline and turning around and stabbing this hero in the back.

This guy, as somebody else calls him here in this blog, stoped being a hero as soon as he threatened the safety of our U.S forces and our country by disclosing classified information. My husband is a Retired Naval Officer who did 25 yrs of hard and honorable service and HE IS A REAL HERO !! I am very ofended by this guys actions. And yes ,we read the book.
