Battleground Iowa: can Obama swing it?

Competition is stiff as President Obama and  Mitt Romney duke  it out for the Hawkeye state's six electoral votes. The battleground state that fueled Obama's 2008 win could be up for grabs. Brooke discusses the Iowan vote with Des Moines Register's News Director, Carol Hunter.

Virginia senate race tight

The swing state of Virginia has become  crucial for picking up undecided voters in this year's election.  A few thousand voters could decide the outcome of the U.S. Senate race between former Virginia Governors, Democrat Tim Kaine and Republican George Allen and possibly control of the senate.
