Don Lemon talks with the Wall Street Journal’s Stephen Moore about the fiscal cliff debate and the issues that are keeping both sides apart.   Moore also shares his predictions for when there may be a resolution.

    If we go over the Fiscal Cliff, I won't blame the Republicans, I won't blame the Democrats, I will blame the Incumbents. They have put petty politics above caring for the people who put in office. They intentionally created this deadline some time ago in order to fix the problem. Now they can't fix the new problem they created. Do they care if they force us into a recession, of they increase taxes on all Americans or cancel people's unemployment insurance. We will remember what they have done in two years.
