New brain activity for Ariel Sharon

Ex-Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has been trapped in a coma for the past 7 years, but recent tests have shown a reaction to his son's voice that has never been seen before. CNN's Brooke Baldwin speaks with Senior Medical Correspondent Elizabeth Cohen about the development and what it could mean for Sharon.

    For the most part doctors know little about what is happening for a being when a being is in a coma. There have been a few cases over recent years of people coming back from comas that challenge how medical society thought the brain worked. There is more to the brain and life than what science generally acknowledges or knows how to interpret.
