Survivor helps amputees overcome setbacks

After losing his leg in a car accident, Dick Traum became the first amputee to complete a marathon in 1976. He was able to cross the finish line at the Boston Marathon before the explosions. Traum talks to CNN’s Brooke Baldwin about his plans to help some of the victims.
