I see a "hearing master" that has no authority over the Marshal so she is doing the one thing she can do which is to keep the little girl occupied. I think she was great to keep the little girl from seeing most of it.

What a shame! That poor woman and her child should sue all of them! How horrible and traumatizing for them. I'm so sick of perverts and sicko's taking advantage of people. And so sick of people who stand by and do nothing. Enough is enough!

This is dispicable on the part of the court. Just another example of why the public does not trust law officials. An alleged sexual assault victim is arrested, BY the man she accused of touching her, while a "judge" did nothing..... for a crime that is in no way, shape, or form found in the law books. Right off the bat, the accused should have stepped aside and allowed another officer to take charge. All he did was bring national attention to himself. What an idiot. All three of the court employees should have been fired.
I'm not usually one to suggest frivolous lawsuits.... But in this case, go after all three of the court employees shown on the video. Go after the county, or what ever governing body they have in this part of Nevada (county, city, district, etc.) And pursue the sexual assault complaint against the marshal. Just because he ultimately lost his job, doesn't mean he shouldn't be held liable criminally.
I'm a male. I have a law enforcement background. Normally I would back up fellow law enforcement officers. But even I'm disgusted by the actions of these public officials.... and the inaction of the "judge".... a female that allowed this abuse of power to occur. Take them all for everything they're worth, and I wish the mother and her daughter the best of luck in life from this day forward.

This even disgusts someone who normally would back up a fellow law enforcement officer. Its nice to know at least one cops has set a limit to their normal policy of providing a false statement (lie) to back up (protect) a comrade.
It is also refreshing to know that there are people that "usually" do not suggest frivolous lawsuits. Nice to keep that option on the table though. Wow I am impressed!!! A cop with a smidgen of ethics. That is rare indeed.

Unbelievable. That story tells me that Mr. Policeman had probably been preying on women for months (if not years) and finally got caught.

that female judge in the family court should have to be stripped & body cavity searched everyday for a month, so that she doesn't make the same STUPID mistake.
in fact, all Judges should have to go through a full body cavity and blood test before they enter court (everyday) and see how they like going to work without being drunk, high or STUPID. Maybe the judge(s) will learn to appreciate the feeling of fingers in their butt hole and teach their children that feeling when they get home....

Another example of the corruption and perversion that has seeped into every aspect of this society.

That woman judge also needs to be fired. Also, both she and that guy unfit to be a cop, need to be prosecuted for their misdeeds. That would bring closure to this abominable incident. This is down right inhuman.

Do a google search, the hearing master was also fired very recently. This whole thing is sickening.

The 'Hearing Master' is responsible for making decisions about the best interest of the child. She is apparently unable to do that in any way, she demonstrated this by allowing this to happen in front of the child. If she is so ignorant to let a false arrest take place in her court she should be disbarred and not just fired. Deprive her of her profession as she deprived that woman of her freedom and her child.

I agree the hearing master unless she was instrumental in bringing this assault to light should be replaced as well. To hear a woman and her child's pleas and not one person would stand and do the right thing makes you sick and we all should happens every day..God bless this lady who had the guts to say it like it was..she was the hero here!

This is a bad example of our justice system. They're a disgrace to the law community. All of them should be fired. I repeat..ALL those at the scene should be FIRED!!!

I hate situations like this. I mean no one should be treated that way. I can't believe that they searched her body for drugs when she had nothing to do with that. This cop needs to not only lose his job but he needs to go to jail. As for the judge she needs to go!
