Groundbreaking legislation in California gives transgender students more freedom in schools. Some hail this as a victory, while others cry foul.

I'd like to see all parents in California keep their kids out of school until this terrible law is repealed. It's nothing less than the legalized sexual abuse of females. No girl or woman should be forced to disrobe with a male in the room. Ever.

@Mary Smith...good thing these Trans females have been diagnosed by a medical AND mental heath practioner, have undergone years of counseling, have stopped there natural hormones, replaced then with female hormones, and in many cases have had there legal documentation changed to reflect their true gender, not their biological sex. And, if it weren't against WPATH regulations, I'm sure many would be surgically corrected prior to using the correct facilities. But they can't until 18, so people need to grow up and realize these aren't boys or men, but girls and women with a medical disorder, similar to a cleft palate or other congenital birth defect.

More laws FORCED upon society. This administration must want another civil war cause they are sure pushing their limits and completely disrespecting the constitution and our rights. The governor when attorney general refused to do his job and defend the voters and his constituents rights when they voted to ban same sex marriage before the supreme court and the idiotic liberal puppet media make it sound as if it was a true victory for prop 8 opponents when all it is was technicality and is illegally being used to allow same sex marriage. It is shamefully disgusting how immorality is being forced upon innocent children and traditional families who voted not once but TWICE to ban the perversion. God have mercy on us all.
