Madoff blames others for his con

Bernie Madoff's recently did an interview with the Wall Street Journal in which he blamed his clients– the victims–  for his con. John Berman sat down with Sital Patel, the WSJ reporter who spoke with Madoff.

    He's not totally wrong...At the time when the head of the SEC tried to regulate the handling of mutual and hedge funds, it was the BUSH ADMINISTRATION that stopped him.

    I BLAME BUSH. This happened on his watch.
