W. Va. Attorney General: Facility officials lacked 'common sense'

Carol spoke with West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, who says because of the lack of accountability in this water contamination scandal, he is launching is own investigation into Freedom Industries, the company responsible for the leak.
