I just watched a news segment with Randi Kaye interviewing the attorney representing the reserve Tulsa, OK officer that supposedly mistakenly shot in the back and killed a man fleeing officers and was mystified why she allowed the attorney to characterize the incident as a "violent confrontation" without question! The video clearly shows a man running away when shot and this ( allegedly trained qualified) 73 year old officer should minimally be capable of distinguishing a Taser from a firearm. Come on Randi.....I was a bit disappointed to witnessed you accepting this untruth!
