Six minutes a day to use the bathroom at work? According to a union, that's the rule at a Chicago faucet company. So the union filed a complaint. They're saying the company unfairly disciplined 19 workers in June for "excessive use" of bathrooms. The company says the policy is in place because some employees were spending way too much time in bathrooms and not enough time on the manufacturing line. They even have a rewards system...20-dollar gift cards to workers who don't use the bathroom at all during the work day.
