If Dr. Martin Luther King were still alive none of this would be happening. Dr. King would have had a peaceful protest & march, would have brought all law enforcement and government officials together and we would have swift answers and swift justice. If we as the people practice this, justice would be served and Dr. King’s work would be remembered and honored.

Get Don Lemon off the air. He is on the air provoking police. He earlier reported that the protesters need to keep moving and now he is trying to stand still and saying he doesn't understand why he can't stand there. Liar.

This is not a racist issue so why is CNN determined to make it one? This officer has not been found guilty for anything! If the person headed towards him was a 300 pound aggressive white male I bet he would have fired upon him just the same! if CNN's so called journalists / reporters would quit pushing the racist issue and just report the facts it would help defuse the issue! Facts that are not reported with equality is – Mike Brown (black or White) started off by breaking the law! Officer responded (As he should have). If you want to make it a white vs black issue then it appears that the whites are the minority in the area? I used to enjoy listening to the CNN Channel but I found recently that they try to create turmoil for some reason. could you please report only the facts without trying to impute your feelings on the world issues! This is a joke around our community, CNN is an entertainment Channel and noted as not reporting just the facts but whatever gets the most attention...I think CNN has lost site of Freedom of the Press and helps promote continued violence. I am not a racist and once Law Enforcement has had a chance to review all angles of the Mike Brown case then support that decision. If the officer is guilty then he will be punished if Mike Brown is guilty for provoking the situation then it needs to be so noted and that is that!!!

OK, let me ask a question...should I consider that I am targeted when I am requested to see my ID when I use my credit card? I don't consider that harassment, I consider it as somebody is watching and helping to protect people, I thank each and everyone, black or white when I am requested to see my ID. Same goes when I am pulled over on the side of the road by an officer when I am doing nothing wrong, I know it is not personal! I switch back over to CNNN and hear the same thing..." so is this a racists issue..." get over it! it is not a racist issue!!!

Stop being cowboys and Indians. You do not need to shot to kill. There are peaceful ways. It is sad to see what society have become.

Putting his hands in the air is what he could of done because when i think of him getting shot 8 times and keep charging the officer i think of a film called Scarface the movie and at the end where he gets shot many time and he puts his hands in the air as if you cant kill me ,Here's the link at 2:30 and if you seen the video of him doing the strong arm robbery that is how he was acting all I'm bigger and you can not touch me
