Even though the eye socket was not broken, the injury could have temporarily blinded the officer in one eye and certainly would impair his vision. He was taught to shoot using both eyes so his aim would have been impared. I wonder how clearly he saw that Brown had his arms raised in a form or surrender or if the officer really thought he was holding a weapon. They really need to question the officer about his field of vision at the time of the shooting. If the officers vision was impaired, then Brown created a situation which led to his death.

The pause between the shots may have been because the officer was trying to regain control of his vision. In that area of the head, the officer would have an immediate inflammatory response.

According the person who performed the autopsy for the family Dr Baden the black male could not have had his arms raised in the form of surrender because of the way the bullets entered his arm. Also as some eye witnesses claimed nor was he running away from the PO because the bullets entered from the front not the back.

Well now that the store video has been repleased it is very clear that Brown was nothing but a thug- an animal. He was NOT the choir boy everyone has made him out to be. After robbing the store he physically attacked the officer.
This was a 100% justified shooting.
So all you folks claiming otherwise are justifying him being allowed to assault, rob and beat people. That it was his right to be a thug and commit crime after crime- just because he is black.
Hate to say it but the world is a better place now that he has been removed from society.
