    Why do women (Brook's story about compliments today) feel the need to be upset about any and all comments men make about their bodies. When we compliment Paul Ran on his physique and work out routine it is with a compliment. I ask why did Brooke get upset about someone complimenting her about her workout. Women working out is an important and validating component of what we do - we keep out bodies in shape because we want to not because we are pleasing men Maybe it is time for women to just say: "thank you - I take my work out program very seriously - do you have one also? is this important to you?" Make it a serious conversation -
