Should returning Ebola workers be quarantined?
Ebola has claimed at least 49,000 lives and federal health officials say the best way to combat the virus is to send more health workers to the region. However, strict quarantine rules may make some doctors and health officials apprehensive about jumping in to help. Brooke Baldwin speaks with Dr. Phuoc Le about how he feels about quarantines.

American hostages beaten, tortured by ISIS
